Sagrado was born from a simple idea: coffee should feel sacred. We source single origins from Ethiopia, Rwanda and Kenya, brew them slow on Origami drippers, and pair them with an honest brunch made fresh every morning.

Tucked into a narrow street between the Cathedral and Atarazanas, we’re a warm refuge — friendly faces behind the bar, indoor nooks and a sunny terrace, power sockets if you need to work, and shelves of whole-bean coffee to take a little Sagrado home.
